From the information we receive with your initial enquiry, a quote can be emailed to you based on an existing design brief or inspo image. We can then adjust any pricing for tweaks and design changes according to your directed design preferences. Should you decide to go ahead with ordering a tasting box, changes can be made to your initial quote after flavours have been decided. Orders can also be made directly after quotation if consultation and tasting is not required.

If you have a set design in mind and no design consultation appointment is required, our standard and premium flavour tasting boxes can be ordered directly online. Our tasting boxes are available on select dates of the year, approx. every 1-2 months.

Prior to or after you've tasted our flavours, a quote for you wedding cake can be obtained by submitting our wedding cake quote form. We strongly recommend submitting a wedding cake quote form enquiry before ordering a tasting box to ensure we're able to offer your preferred size and design preferences.

Should you decide you'd like to go ahead with a consultation instead, you will also have the option to request a design consultation and the tasting box of your choice when submitting your wedding cake quote form enquiry.

If you don't have a baseline design in mind and seek to collaborate with us to build a design from scratch or a series of images, an in-studio design consultation appointment is required (fees apply), as we're unable to offer this service solely through our website forms and email. Please keep in mind that our product and design components available are set and we may not be able to accommodate all design and size requests.

Appointments are held on Sundays with limited availability. Our studio is based in Gladstone Park 3043. After receiving your appointment request with your form submission, available dates will be emailed through so an appointment can be booked in. Please refer to our our Consultation Overview section for more information. Please note that if you're booking an appointment, the tasting box of your choice will also be provided on the day.

BEFORE CONSULTATION
From the information we receive with your initial enquiry, a baseline quote can be emailed to you before you decide on your final design. Alternatively, depending on the complexity and requirements of your design, a design brief and final quote can be put together after your initial appointment has taken place. We recommend bringing along any inspiration images, colour swatches or other materials or information that can assist us with working in your cake design to complement your overall wedding aesthetic.

DURING CONSULTATION
During the consultation, we will get clearer and more detailed understanding of your design preferences and will work collaboratively with you to bring your wedding cake vision to life. From January 2024, in-studio cake sampling will no longer be available, however customers will be provided with their tasting box of choice to take home for tasting after consultation. Flavour choices can be emailed through after your appointment date.

FOLLOWING CONSULTATION
We will generate a detailed design plan and accurate final quote so you can check over the details of your design carefully. Your wedding cake quote will be valid for 3 weeks (unless otherwise specified) and a place will be held for 2 weeks from the date it is sent to you, unless we're unable to hold the date due to availability restrictions. Further changes can be emailed through as necessary.
